After a probationary period, Authentic covers 100% of the costs for employees medical, dental, vision and life insurance. Options are available to add family members.
After a probationary period, Authentic offers a 4% match to a 5% employee contribution.
After a probationary period, Authentic offers paid Sick Days and six paid Statutory Holidays. Authentic is CLOSED between Christmas and New Years.
